• To provide IT and communication infrastructure for the University;
• To provide general office IT facilities and support service.

• To enhance the IT infrastructure on campus by adopting the most appropriate IT technologies;
• To ensure professionalism in IT support services to users;
• To improve communication with users to better understand their needs.

• Provision of Internet, campus network and communication services;
• Provision of office use IT facilities and daily support to users;
• Promotion of information technology literacy of UM members.
